P2 CLARIFICATION
It has come to my attention that my instructions regarding the P2 materials are unclear. The statement is made that the P2 (Vision Team Preparation Packet) is identical to the P3 (Pastor Preparation Packet) except for the deletion of material unique to pastors. Let me clarify. The printed materials are the same. However, P2 includes no CDs. Pastors are to use the CDs in their manuals to lead the Vision Team. Also, there is no need to cover the material in P3/P2 concerning the Ideal 2ND WIND Pastor or the Vision Team Selection. This material may be covered if desired, but it's not necessary to the process. Sorry for the confusion.

This is Allan Vance in Baltimore. for the March 7-8 training, is it at the Howard Johnson (you're blog) or at the Country Inn (CMA MAD calendar)?? Are they one and the same?
